| J-Card Comment | 1984 09 07 Brussel 101.57 Aud (Chunga's Revenge) Including file with fingerprints and including original ticket and some pictures of this show. Complete concert: every second of music is here! 101.57 is including a total of 02.14 Audience, so the music is exactly 99.45. JN's 105 min seems too much, that must include more Audience before and after the show. From FZ Shows: 07 Sept 1984, Vorst Nationaal, Brussel/Bruxelles, Belgium 105 min, Aud, B Chunga's Revenge, More Trouble Every Day, Penguin In Bondage, Hot Plate Heaven At The Green Hotel, I'm The Slime, City Of Tiny Lights, You Are What You Is, Mudd Club, The Meek Shall Inherit Nothing, Advance Romance, He's So Gay, Bobby Brown, Keep It Greasey, Honey Don't You Want A Man Like Me?, Ride My Face To Chicago, Let's Move To Cleveland, Camarillo Brillo, Muffin Man, Cosmik Debris, Filthy Habits, Whipping Post History: More than 20 years ago I made a copy of the Brussel tapes from a friend who got it in a trade. So I'm not sure which gen this is (2nd?). The sound quality is B or B+ I think. The Concert: With some friends we went by train from the north of Holland all the way down to Brussel. We walked and walked through the city and finally got to the right place, in time to get in and go right away to the stage in front of the place were FZ should be appear later on. The show was more than I dreamed of before. We had a good time winking and gesturing with Frank and yelling after his solo's. There was a lot of energy in the songs and while slinging and swinging with the doll, the head of Honey was almost cut off. Also there were a lot of guitar solo's, allready six in the first six songs, and for the first time in my life I heard Muffin' Man and Filthy Habits live, both old favorites, and here the finishing touch of this nice show, both guitar blowin' versions. As always it was amazing how FZ manages to really see you and answers winks and gestures. Lineage: It's raw from my tape. The only things I changed is volume (corrections to get it more equal over all and after that normalize) and speed (19 t/m 21 +10 cts and 22 t/m 25 -30 cts). I just missed a bit of the end of Meek an the beginning of Advance. Yojimbo provided a fill for this: it is from a different source and more muffled sounding. I used 35 seconds of this fill. There are also a few seconds muffled sound in the middle of The Meek and at the beginning of He's So Gay. I made a fade out/in in the middle in Audience before 1st Encores and also in Audience before 2nd Encores, where original tf's occured.
