Well, I had to do it sometime. I've been playing around with different ideas on these, trying to break free from the normal hard-edits of "cam1...cam2...cam1...cam2". It started with the split screen on the '94 Rock Babylon show during "Sudden Organ" which worked out real nicely for the tune. But I wanted to expand on the idea, maybe even do a whole disc in a similar fashion. That leads us to this.

It being dual-cammed but no SBD support, I really felt the need to alter it's standard in some way. Though I wouldn't want to watch this setup all the time, it is definitely fun on this show and seems to fit their setup rather well. As I skipped through the disc watching random segments, the times that one cam is one place and the other is somewhere else just seemed to work out perfectly, almost everytime. So no matter the point of each song, there is two different things to watch.

I overlapped the video for a small section so as to keep a decently large crop of each cam running side-by-side, and there is bleed through from both CAM's on each other. Then, so the odd bleeded flap wasn't too weird, I fit in a logo "bug".

Does it work? I guess that's for you to decide. Personally I dig it, I do think it's pretty damn cool, but I may be (very likely) mad in the head too.
