It's an excellent, crispy-clean and nearly flawless recording which was very focused and energetic all the way through - it ranks #9 in the Deadbase list of favorite shows. Jerry shines over and over again and the band is tighter than usual this night. Donna gets a wee bit too excited and loses control of her voice at the end of Deal, which is a good example of how she got her reputation as a show wrecker, but all is quickly forgiven as the 2nd set takes on epic proportions. The amazing Estimated > Other One > Eyes here is all-time classic. One of the last GD Betty Boards made. - Dub Irie |
