TAO. Too bad, cause it's a surprisingly good performance from a band who usually sounds like shit live. There are more songs than are listed here, and several of the tunes start out with one tune and segue into others. Thankfully, the tunes that run together are not separated by TAO. The audience recording starts a bit rough but gets really clean once the taper settles. A bit of chatter, but nothing major (except for one guy next to the taper who yells, "get off the stage!"). As a whole the recording is really strong given that you can tell it was recorded in a tiny bar. Don't Push cuts out near the end, not sure why. |
