Got The Feeling (segment) 2:01 Jeff Beck - guitar Bob Tench - vocals Clive Chaman - bass Cozy Powell - drums Max Middleton - keyboards COMMENTS - actually my friend jeff taped this with my equipment (I was shooting photographs.) very nice quality, but not perfect. the mic connection to the deck came loose resulting in only the left channel being recorded at times. in those places, maybe about 7-8 minutes total, I copied the left channel to the right. (best i could do.) also there was a guy next to us cheering very loudly between numbers. i edited this out where possible. thanks to my friend george who somehow procured fresh batteries for me before the set started. as a bonus i've included a piece from the Jeff Beck Group #2. (thought it was interesting that Beck played the very same venue exactly 3 years to the day.) that show was incredible, but it was the first recording i ever made and i don't think the quality merits a full posting. the segment i've included sounds pretty good as a small taste. enjoy! |
