| Source | MD audience recording |

| Tech Notes | Absolutely unbelievable audience recording! The nuance and balance for an MD capture is really something else. "Some really hot Zeuhl-ish playing on this one - actually sax player Hugues Mayot played with Magma during the final week of their 2005 residency at Le Triton. But the leader here is keyboardist Paul Brousseau, who has recently joined the new Orchestre National de Jazz, and is also a collaborator of Louis Sclavis. Joining them are Jean-Philippe Morel, the excellent bassist and leader of the amazing United Colours Of Sodom big band, and drummer Philippe Garcia, replacing regular drummer Philippe Gleizes who was otherwise engaged. You'll notice no applause is heard here - I preferred to edit it out because (a) it made the whole thing fit on one CD; (b) the audience was so small that it's kind of depressing to hear such feeble applause for such great music. Don't miss them if you can catch one of their rare gigs - they playing in Copenhagen in July, and at the great Malguenac festival in Brittany in August.
