This is my first Edirol recording, and a challenging one in that volume varied between quiet performance and thunderous
applause. I have used Soundforge to lower levels on the applause and to boost the music's volume. If anyone has strong
objection to these changes, I could also offer up my untouched recording. I'm a beginner; be kind! Let me know!

The performance -- one of the most enjoyable and memorable concerts I have ever attended. Mesmerizing; I had to
remind myself to breathe. I saw her perform at a club with a small ensemble on the Ys tour, and that was wonderful, but
this performance surpassed the previous one. One highlight among many was the final song (before the encore), which
is unreleased and untitled. Its a relatively simple folk tune; her vocals are exceptional.

There was a false start on "Emily," and Joanna's scotch was confiscated early in the second set. She had brought a large
bottle on stage, protesting that "there were no cups backstage." Riverbend Center is church-affiliated, and apparently
dry.

I'd appreciate anyone's thoughts or suggestions on the taping and editing. I expect to do most of my taping at much
louder club shows. I can only hope to enjoy another performance like this in the future.
