Remaster:

"As you Flaming Lips traders and collectors know, the first half of the legendary bootleg The Day Andy
Gibb Died consists of a stereo soundboard live recording. It was a great set and great performance,
but because of the extreme high-end and almost total lack of bass, the recording is nearly unlistenable
and simply ear-piercing.

Well, out of sheer boredom, I decided to re-EQ that live set for you to make it a bit more listenable.
I used a high-end cut, low-end boost, and upped the mids slightly to round it out. I feel I didn't do
such a bad job! It's still missing a lot of bass and the highs are a tad squeltchy, but that's inherent
in the mastertape, I believe. I also created a fade-in to smooth the listening experience.

My source was a lossless FLAC rip of the original silver-back disc.

So enjoy... at least more so than from the original The Day Andy Gibb Died bootleg!"
