TECHNICAL NOTES: Recorded FOB (DFC, 5m from stage). No EQ has been done to this
recording except for bass rolled-off in post production below 69Hz (6dB per octave)

ISSUES:
*"Memories Can't Wait" has 3 seconds that are brickwalled on both channels, I reduced the volume on that bit so
it doesn't blow any speakers (or eardrums), also a 7 sec channel drop-out (other channel copied), not sure what
happened there.
*"Which Way To America" was the loudest song by far, levels are very hot but sound is alright as far as I can
tell; after the track I dialed the levels down a bit more, after the show I saw I was at "1" on the dial. Oops.
At 4:25 there is some mild fuzz to be heard.
*During "drum solo pt1" there is some fuzz at 0:25, and one more time during "drum solo pt2" at 1:39.
*The bass during "Go Away" at 3:35 was too loud, some fuzz for 2 seconds.
*The very last minute of the recording came out brickwalled, I don't remember doing anything but it seems I must
have unplugged the battery box (chances are it wasn't fully plugged in but that's another story) and the
recorder switched to internal mics; this last bit has been removed as it is just unlistenable, all that is
missing is more of the audience saying "Get up" and a scream by Corey, followed by clapping and Doug saying
they'll be at the merch stand, approx. 45 seconds total missing.
NOTES: My first time recording with the M10 so during the first song I am still adjusting the levels. I tried to
go for -10dB but was getting closer to -2dB with peaks hitting 0dB on some occasions. Going to do line-in next
time. As a result there are splitseconds of distortion, my advice is do not listen for them and you probably
won't notice at all. I'm very happy with the way this came out, especially for a first-timer.
Live and learn, I'll try to do better next time. This shouldn't be a reason to avoid this recording, though, it's
one of my better LC recordings and is a fine listen. I just don't want anyone to end up disappointed so you get
full disclosure on the (small?) problems of the recording - about 1 minute out of 100+ has issues.
As for the show, so glad I went, great gig, the last of the European tour, awesome setlist, can't wait to see
them again.
