Notes I received this recording on a CD-R in wave format.
Lineage is unknown, but is a nice stereo audience recording
of an incredibly good performance, but was plagued with numerous
irritating problems which annoyed me enough to do something about it.

Firstly there was a lot of goofy giggling and muttering near the recording device
by some overly enamoured Japanese girls, which has been removed.

Secondly the taper knocked the microphone and made a whole myriad of weird
clicking noises and other noises that resembled the sound of crumpling cellophone
while slurping a soft drink.
About 90% of this has also been painstakingly crossfaded out or removed entirely.
The remaining 10% could not be removed without losing some critical musical element
and was left untouched.

Thirdly, the recording device appeared to have employed some sort of noise gate,
which tended to create some unnatural clipping when it opens up. This has been compensated
with a volume envelope where possible to minimize this effect.

Fourthly, the recording has been rebalanced, the stereo separation widened and it has
been EQ'd to reduce the excessive low-mids and brighten it over all and then
it has been boosted by about 5 db overall.
