In 1986, one of these master tapes was stolen from my car (Volume-1). Volume-1 contained three acts: Baya, Bobby McFerrin, and Contemporary Records' All Stars. I had a backup copy of Baya and Bobby McFerrin, but Contemporary Records' All Stars is gone forever. Here's what was on it (we will sorely miss it). Contemporary Records' All Stars: Length 45 Minutes Freddie Hubbard: Trumpet; Joe Farrell: Woodwinds; Joe Henderson: Sax; George Cables: Piano; Billy Higgins: Drums |
