The Beatles made their last-ever live appearence on January 30th, 1969, on the rooftop of the Apple offices on Saville Row in London with guest keyboardist Billy Preston, who had played on several other songs in a session just two days earlier. The police were called 42 minutes into the set, forcing an early ending to the show. Nobody was arrested, even though there may have been plans to keep playing until they were arrested and end the film that way. The set list was:

Get Back (rehearsal)
Get Back (second performance)
Don't Let Me Down (first performance)
I've Got a Feeling (first performance)
One After 909
Dig A Pony (rehearsal)
Dig A Pony
God Save The Queen (jam played while the tapes were being changed)
I've Got a Feeling (second performance)
Don't Let Me Down (second performance)
Get Back (third performance)
Closing monologue (John)

Of these performances, "One After 909", a Phil Spector remix of "Dig A Pony", the first version of "I've Got a Feeling", and the John Lennon monologue from the end of the show (added to the album version of "Get Back") were used on the Let It Be album.
