Hi everybody ! This is the last of the four charity gigs Mark and his band gave during the summer of 2002. This one is for the "Countryside Trust Education", and was given at the superb Palace House. As you will see, both the audio and video are really cool on this DVD. No menus on that DVD, sorry, but some fantastic close-ups, as it is filmed from the front row. I'm not sure, but I think Mark had some problems with his voice that night. He might have caught a cold, or something like. Anyway, great to hear "Your latest trick" with Chris White's sax, or the good old sound of John Illsley's bass alongside Mark's guitar! As the previous gigs of that mini tour, the first half of that gig is a Hillbillies set, and the second half is a Straits thing! |
