A legendary icon in American experimental film, Stan Brakhage has produced a colossal body of work, the number of themes and techniques it covers commanding respect and admiration. The five musicians will improvise on their feelings and reactions toward the films shown. A textured music captivated by its own sonic possibilities, just as the film maker is captivated by the properties of light.
