The next day's show in Copenhagen is one of 4 known sources to circulate. PYE lists 5 sources, but most people "in the know" that Ive talked with only know of 4 sources. This is the "old source" as it is known in trader's circles. There is a second complete source also circulating, the quality is not as good as this one. Two incomplete sources exist, but only one of those circulates. The one that doesnt circulate has superior quality to the "old source", but is under a no trade restriction with those that have it. Maybe one day it will work its way out to the rest of us. The Arhus show has been speed corrected. Tracks 1-10 of the Copenhagen show have been speed corrected as "best as possible". There are fluctuations in speed which have been mostly corrected, but some are too jarring to deal with. The Arhus was transferred from a DAT clone of the master tape, as was Copenhagen.

Notes: Alfred E Newman On Bass 17" most Jimi sets make you feel good. Not this one.. these would never be made official imo it is important for everybody to hear these once at least tho. Notes: Partial show that circulates with the 09/03/70 recording. I can separate it, but it's really not worth it for just the four tracks unless you've already got 09/03/70.

Notes: Plug Your Ears lists the sources as: audio: audience recording; 25 minutes, very good quality (1-3) This show is probably the best sounding audience tape for any Hendrix show. It has been transferred from a DAT clone of the master tape and speed corrected. The show was scheduled for 7:00pm, but when Jimi is finally persuaded to go on he actually has to be helped onstage by the roadies. During 'Hey Baby (New Rising Sun)' Jimi is obviously struggling so Mitch goes into a drum solo. He leaves the stage on the verge of collapse and has to be carried to the dressing room. It is announced there will be a five minute intermission, but Jimi is in no fit state to return. The show has to end prematurely.

Notes: Archives Traded Material (ATM) series of the highest quality Hendrix recordings available. Recordings in the ATM series are taken from the lowest generation masters available, and most have all been digitally restored. The Aarhus show was aborted after three songs had been played (I am not aware of the reason). Lineage: TradeCD--> EAC(secure)--> Flac(level.8)
