Notes from comprehensive Jarrett database are as follows :

Personnel / Keith Jarrett,Jan Garbarek,Palle Danielsson & Jon Christensen

Source/ Radio Broadcast (France Musiques,October 11 2000)

The presenter said that this concert was recorded on November 20 1977 Since the European quartet toured Europe in October 1977 and the USA in November 1977, it was once thought this concert was actually recorded on October 20 1977, but it appears that September 18 1976 is the right date.

This appears to be the complete concert. There seems to have been an additional track after "Mandala" which is identified as "Long As You're Living Yours," and I have two versions from different broadcast sources, one which has an announcer voiceover over a portion of it, and the other without.
