Notes: Cleaning the polluted waters with source material! Faces November 2, 1970 Pirate's World Dania, FL Source: Soundboard Analog Reel To Reel Lineage: Reel To Reel Master>DAT(16 bit/48kHz)>DAT(16bit/48kHz)> DAT(16bit/48kHz)>WAV(16 bit/48kHz)>FLAC(16 bit/48kHz) Mastering Information: DAT converted to Wave optically via a Prodiff 96 digital soundcard into Wavelab. Individual Wave tracks created in CD Wave Editor. Wave files converted to FLAC (level 8) using FLAC Frontend. I'm not a proponent of re-sampling files just so that they are CD ready; the CD medium is slowly being replaced by hard disk where there is no red book standard bitrate & frequency encoding. Please note that these FLAC files are not 16 bit/44.1kHz CD ready; rather they have been kept at their native format of 16 bit/48kHz. If you would like to burn the files to CD you will have to convert/resample the FLAC files to 16 bit/44.1kHz or use a CD burning program that will convert the FLAC files from 16 bit/48kHz to 16 bit/44.1kHz on the fly. Running Time: 60:46 1. Introduction 2. You're My Girl (I Don't Want To Discuss It) 3. I Want To Be Loved 4. Maybe I'm Amazed 5. Country Comforts 6. Flying 7. Cut Across Shorty 8. Around The Plynth [including An Old Raincoat Won't Ever Let You Down & Gasoline Alley] 9. It's All Over Now 10. I Feel So Good [end cut] Original transfer from analog master reel to DAT was done circa 1994. This conversion to FLAC was done in June 2009. No equalization or sound manipulation has been done to this recording. All files have been ID tagged appropriately. Please do not manipulate this recording in any way. Please do not dub to analog tape or convert to MP3 (or any other lossy format) and circulate. If you would like to re-seed this torrent in the future, please use the exact files contained in the torrent with no file or ID tag manipulation. This will insure that the FLAC fingerprints and MD5 hashes verify, keeping the integrity of the torrent intact. If I see that people are remastering, resampling or changing things I've shared in any way and seed the altered version, it will certainly make me re-think if I want to continue to share music that I've taped and/or collected in the future. Do whatever you want to this recording, just don't share any other version than this original one with the exact original file set. Thanks in advance for respecting my wishes. "A Spider-Web Torrent"
