| Notes: | This is an early Mostly Autumn show, and possibly the earliest live recording of them? I received it in a CDR trade in the early 00s. There is no sign of minidisc compression or analogue-iness, so I’m speculating the lineage is master DAT > HD > CDR. After a request for early MA shows, I’ll be seeding what I have. This one was muffled, mono, and needed some work done. It was also recorded hot and there remain some bass overmodulation issues, but it’s repaired and a bit more balanced now. Remastering notes: • Repaired dropout and snap in ‘Heroes Never Die’. • Azimuth correction (+10 samples right channel). • Eq boost to treble frequencies, and attenuate ‘boom’ in upper bass. Balance frequencies between channels (top end shelf boost to right channel). • Master to -0.6dB, track, export to flac @ 44/16 | |||||
