Notes: Text file from the SHN set I compiled:- "Glastonbury Fayre" (aka "Revelations") - REV1/2/3, April 1972 (UK) - limited edition of 5000. Rather than attempt to second-guess the location of the "missing" fifth track (and the markers on the source CD are rather arbitrary and haphazardly placed in relation to the music in any event), I have made the decision to allow this material to run as a single track and at least maintain a continuity. 2) Contrary to what the cover says, the order of The Pink Fairies tracks is as above. 3) Several tracks on this collection have since been released elsewhere, such as the cuts by the Grateful Dead and David Bowie. In order to preserve whatever integrity there was to the original mixes and remain true to listeners remembrances of the Glastonbury Fayre LP, I have used the original album cuts; this has meant using edited versions of tracks (Dark Star) or inferior sound quality tracks (The Supermen) in places, though I hope you will agree with me that, for the benefit of capturing a moment in time, it was worth it!
