| Notes: | Recorded from the 5th Row, just under the amps, using a set of Sound Professionals Premium Binaural mics plugged into a Sony MZ-R30 MiniDisc recorder. The mics are hard-wired into a battery box containing mini-switches for bass roll-off, a very helpful option when recording in chest-pounding loudness like I was at this George Thorogood show. June 2019: Original MiniDiscs transferred to 16-bit/44.1lKz WAV. Playback using a Sony MDS-JE510 optical output into my computer's SoundBlaster Z-Series optical input & Adobe Audition software. Minor edits to the large WAV were done using Adobe Audition. The large WAV was split using CD Wave Editor (v1.98). The files were re-written as to eliminate any sector boundry issues then encoded to FLAC (Level 8) using Traders Little Helper. No EQ done, so salt 'n' pepper to taste. | |||||
