| Notes: | Pink Floyd Live in Basel, Switzerland July 26th, 1988 First released on www.echoeshub.com, March 2009 Unfortunately i only had a video8-camera with mono-capabilities, therefore the sound is not too good. This is a PAL-DVD. Lineage: Video: Video8 Master-Tape -> Pinacle Video Capture Format: 720x576, Pal, 7 MBps Audio: Video8 Master-Tape -> SONY DAT-Recorder (as A/D converter) -> Digital IN Format: MPEG1, 48000 KHz, 16bit Tracklist: Part 1: Shine On You Crazy Diamond (parts I - V) Signs Of Life Learning To Fly Yet Another Movie Sorrow The Dogs Of War On The Turning Away Part 2: One Of These Days Time On The Run The Great Gig In The Sky Wish You Were Here Welcome To The Machine Us And Them Money Another Brick In The Wall - part 2 Comfortably Numb Encore: One Slip Run Like Hell Trivia ====== An audio recording of this show appeared years ago ( http://www.pf-db.com/index.php?concert_id=1344&bootleg_id=2858 ) which is sourced from a vhs-copy of this show. The beginning of Shine on you crazy diamond is missing. In order not to be discovered I took the camera out of the backpack after the show started. That way the people were looking at the stage & not me. This DVD contains everything i recorded. The blue screen at the beginning and between Part 1 and 2 is the "default-screen" of the capturing-hardware. Do not sell. Enjoy. Trade for free. Feel also free to grab from this recording what you want. Feel free to release another version if you are more familiar with sound-engineering as i am. Please keep this original-info file on any re-release. gs, March 2009 | |||||
