| Notes: | I recall members of Queensrtche and Heart appearing on Rockline to promote this show, a charity gig for (I think) Seattle's homeless featuring several Seattle area bands. Geoff Tate rudely dismissed callers who asked questions about the bands' albums, telling them to stick to the charity gig subject. This was the world's first glimpse into the pompous dick he would soon become. This was the headline set of the show, and at the end members of the other bands appeared with Queensryche to perform a couple cover songs, most notable Ann Wilson on the Rolling Stones' Gimme Shelter. This show also contains the only performance I ever came across of Anybody Listening before 2008 and Della Brown (other than on Unplugged). Both songs are relevant to the subject of the charity, so thanks for being homeless, homeless people of Seattle! Koondog forgets who the taper was, but he did a marvelous job. This tape was made right from the DAT master. I havent compared this to my other copies yet. | |||||
