Notes: AUD #1 - only known recording. Missing first encore (1979 and X.Y.U.). Downloaded this show from the hub, I recall xdx was the original seeder. Anyways, all the original files had SBEs, and MCIS/Where Boys Fear To Tread and Silverfuck/Drown weren't separated. I ran everything through TLH first, and then split the first and last tracks with CDWave. This is a somewhat notable show since its the only time Drown was played after Silverfuck on the entire tour. Original txt file included for posterity. If anyone has the DAT>ANA-2>CDR transfer of this show, I'd love to hear it! Fix/seed by rhinowing, September 19th, 2006. Additional fix 2010/06/25 - fixed tape repeat just before Zero and resulting SBEs

Notes: I downloaded the previous transfer (claims DAT>CDR) of this soundcheck thinking that it would be an upgrade to my copy. Imagine my surprise when it wasn't! That transfer has some badly audible noise reduction (which has no place in a standard release anyway) and someone had very obviously removed a lot of the bass. The bass as well as the muffled sound were my favorite parts of this recording - you can easily imagine yourself in a huge, empty arena hiding under some seats trying not to get caught. The bass does get a little overbearing at times, especially at one point in WBFTT and less so in a few sections of Silverfuck. This is a DAT>ANA-2, from Dave Asselin's DAT>ANA-1, traded way back in the day. My copy has a few clicks and pops in it, all of which are on my cassette and have nothing to do with the transfer. I have no idea if they are on the original. I would, of course, be more than happy to see a clean DAT transfer of this. Any questions, comments - hbent@cs.oberlin.edu
