Hardin, piano Rodney Crowell, guitar Emory Gordy, bass John Ware, drums Hank deVito, pedal steel James Burton, electric guitar Ebbets Field was an intimate club in downtown Denver that featured some great music in the '70s. I taped this maybe 10-15 feet from the stage and it has plenty of presence. (I've seen it listed as a SBD on some trading lists.) This is a great snapshot of the young, spunky, gorgeous Emmylou (as opposed to today's mature, spunky, gorgeous Emmylou) with an absolute killer band. At Telluride, over 20 years later, she was still talking about how great those shows at Ebbets Field were.
