Playback of original master MiniDiscs on a Sony MDS-JE510 deck -> TOSlink optical output via fiber optic cable -> fiber optic to S/PDIF converter -> M-Audio Microtrack 24/96 (via S/PDIF cable) Cool Edit Pro 2.0 used for misc. fades and sonic tweaking (EQ filter) to make it sound a bit better. CD Wave Editor to split up the large WAV files.
