-Old Man is not quite a "banjo version", but rather an acoustic version with Larry Cragg playing banjo during the chorus.
-Human Highway is from "The Bernstein Tapes" 1976 compilation, and the exact date is not known.
-Out on the Weekend is from a rehearsal, and is probably from 1971 or maybe 1970, considering he says he just wrote it recently, and the earliest known performance is from early 1971.
