| Notes: | * it appears that there was a mix up when this show originally occured; this is actualy the SM58 > MZ-R30 source while the complete recording with fades is likely the CSB > MD source * incomplete but does not have fades between tracks * disc from the collection of Andrew Fogelsong * EAC log included don't sell, etc -rhinowing | |||||

| Notes: | uploaded to the TSP/Zwan Hub 12/2004 by dsheinem@yahoo.com notes: I've been hesitant to share this show as it was initially given to me with tracks out of order and included fades between some songs. As far as I can tell, I've corrected the order and the fades (usually) make more sense now. The Flac's are small becuase the show is most likely mono. To the nest of my knowledge, it has never been mp3'ed. For more on this discussion check here: http://www.thetradersden.org/forums/showthread.php?t=2051 | |||||

| Notes: | "I am the original source of the AUD #1 complete recording of the Denver Arising show in '99. Recording the show was sort of an afterthought on an epic road trip from Iowa with friends to see the Pumpkins. I was 18 and didn't really know what I was doing so I used what I had around, which at that time was a shitty computer microphone and a Sony MD walkman. When I transferred it to digital I put in fades between the songs for some dumb reason. Not really sure why. Anyway, I recently moved, found the MDs and made a new transfer with my RME Fireface UFX+ to ProTools that is complete with no fades. It still sounds like shit but it has everything. I had to add quite a bit of gain and used Waves X-Noise to knock the hiss down to a bearable level. It's still there but any more reduction made for an audible difference in the sound of the recording. There's also a Waves L2 limiter just to grab a couple peaks from the crowd screaming but it isn't active most of the time. I'd like to share this new version with the community as it doesn't have weird song cuts and fades and I believe the quality to be superior to my original transfer. Let me know if you have any questions." | |||||
