Luna Compilations ??/??/1994
Set I
1. 7/24/1994: 120 Minutes, MTV ("California (All the Way)")
Not 100% sure of year.
Source: VHS->standalone DVD transfer provided by Alex Kim.
2. 4/4/2000: Later, NBC (complete show: 2 interview segments +
"Dear Diary" and "Hello Little One")
Sources:
- SLP VHS recording provided by Xantha Stringfellow,
captured and cleaned up by me.
- high-quality song audio from a DAT recording
made by Rob Gronotte.
- thanks also to Carin Companick for providing an
alternate VHS source.
3. 6/8/2000: Late Late Show, CBS ("4000 Days")
Source: very poor quality SLP VHS recording, made by me.
Bad antenna TV reception. Massive temporal filtering required to
produce even this barely-watchable version; major motion artifacts.
Sound drops out briefly at one point.
4. 4/3/2002: Late Night, NBC ("Lovedust")
Source: so-so antenna TV reception -> PC capture, made by me.
5. 6/10/2002: Late Late Show, CBS ("Weird and Woozy")
Source: good antenna TV reception -> PC capture, made by me.
6. 2003: "Amex Blue" commercial (soundtrack is "Drunken Whistler")
Source: SLP VHS tape made by me.
7. 12/7/2004: McEnroe, CNBC ("Speedbumps" + a snippet of
"Sweet Jane" featuring John McEnroe on guitar).
Source: high-quality analog cable TV -> PC capture, made by me.
Sound is unfortunately mono (my cable system didn't broadcast CNBC
in stereo at that time).
Not 100% sure of year.
