| Notes: | n 1972 The Steve Miller Band played in the Netherlands, in the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam. The concert was recorded by VPRO Radio. STEVE MILLER Concertgebouw Amsterdam, The Netherlands February 18 1972 I edited this gig,(which is far from complete, since they played for about two hours, an acoustic and an electric set) from several sources. I used the stuff VPRO Radio broadcasted and some stuff from a bootleg which had some soundboard material. 1. Jackson-Kent Blues 2. Gangster Of Love 3. Come On Baby 4. Going To The Country 5. Heal Your Heart 6. Sun Is Going Down 7. Midnight Flyer 8. Family Matters 9. Space 10.I'm High 11.Somebody Somewhere 12.Blues With A Feeling 13.Mercury Blues 14.Space Cowboy A day before the concert one of VPRO's reporters went to the Hotel Wiechman in Amsterdam to do an interview with Steve Miller. The hotel was in the middle of a renovation and reporter Wim Noordhoek found Steve Miller downstairs in the bar with the carpenters. He switched on his recorder and the result was the following ! STEVE MILLER Hotel Wiechman Amsterdam, The Netherlands February 17 1972 1. Nothing Lasts 2. Unknown 3. I Walked A Mile For Daddy 4. Blues With A Feeling 5. Stormy Monday | |||||
