*This sounds pretty damm good (IMO) but it includes some slight channel wackiness(just in the beginning) and some minor hiss- both due to its gen(s) as cassette, I'm sure.
I had persistant requests for some more BC & thought that this one, in particular, had not seen too much light. It's a nice German FM of a kind of interesting band line-up. The Brecker Bros are not on board here but, as most of you know, Fowler & Malone are heavyweights, themselves. This is surely not the whole set as the last track is a mellow tune with a long bass solo- not the way to close things. Overall, this recording shows Cobham's mellow side as much as his firey fusion.
