| Notes: | Poorly-recorded, distant audience recording from an obnoxious, undeserving crowd of drunks. There is distortion throughout, mostly the loud hoots & whoops from those surrounding the taper. Sounds as if recorded "in the red" from the party section of the theater. The lineage provided: "Master> CDr(x)> EAC> WAV> Flac" The FLACs for the entire show were combined into one large file using Adobe Audition. Every track began with tiny microgaps and clicks which were then carefully removed (a screenshot of Adobe Audition is provided). The file was then saved as one ninety-six minute WAV, then split using CD Wave Editor at appropriate areas. Encoded to FLAC (Level 8) using Traders Little Helper. The sound suggests some type of volume reduction or normalization has been previously applied, presumably to compensate for the over-modulation. It's unknown if any further changes to the audio were applied but I made no further altering, EQing, or noise reduction of any kind. | |||||
