| Notes: | Audience recording fragments taken from the bonus tracks on "American Glory" by the MxF label. Using Adobe Audition, I combined the tracks into one large WAV, then surgically removed each tiny silent gap where one track joined the next. No other changes were made to the audio tracks (no EQ, no noise reduction) as my intentions were only to fix the problems introduced during the CD mastering process & not make any changes that would influence the sound quality in any way, which is pretty lousy. The large WAV was then split using CD Wave Editor to ensure no sector boundary errors, then encoded to FLAC (Level 8) using Traders Little Helper. Lineage: audience tape -> ? -> CD -> WAV -> FLAC The Silver CD was extracted/ripped using Exact Audio Copy (configured to my system with proper read offset for my Plextor drive) in Secure Mode. The WAVs were encoded to FLAC (Level 8) using Traders Little Helper. | |||||
