Notes: Notes from taper: Taped through the air from a wireless ALD (assisted listening device) that was provided by the venue. For those who have never used one, Telex ALDs are extremely sensitive and are prone to signal loss and interference. This recording was no exception. Thankfully the glitches were limited--only "Don't Dream It's Over", "Something So Strong" and "Pineapple Head" suffered serious glitches during the recording. I was able to edit out the problems in three other songs--"Fall At Your Feet", "Pour Le Monde" and "Silent House" by digitally grafting a note or two from the exact same spot in another section of the song. I guarantee you will never be able to tell where the edits are. DDIO had too many problems with signal loss/pops/buzzing that I had to sacrifice the beginning and fade the song up (trust me...this could not be helped). SSS and PH had only small sections with loud pops/signal loss. For these tracks, I just muted the damaged sections. Hopefully, someone else taped this show with mics. If I can find another recording I will overlay the pieces, clean it up some more and re-post this torrent. As it is, I figured I'd better get this show up or I might never get around to it! This is still early in the tour and the band is obviously still working out the kinks (some bum notes, wrong lyrics, miscues, etc.) I also heard somewhere that Neil had a cold that day and it shows on some songs. He has trouble hitting some of the high notes and some of the songs are a little ragged. That being said, some of the songs are outstanding--Locked Out, Heaven That I'm Making, Recurring Dream, Silent House. Also, the mix through the ALD picked up a lot of Neil's mic between songs so you can hear him calling out songs to the band, talking to the on-stage roadie, etc.
