Warts include: -sound improves quite a bit after first 1:52 (left channel emerges) -Artifacts from source cassette exist (level fux, short drop outs etc) -Some oversaturation in a few points toward the end -Needs some work balancing the right & left channels -Last minute of Red Baron- clipping is evident & then cuts :( -Pitch? Professor? Aizmyth? eeklair? (LOL) Got this in a trade, recently. Not in perfect shape to say the least but it's often a pretty clear FM or soundboard. It's a somewhat different set than the other shows that I have by this group. They even play Slim's slammin "Balls to The Wall" found on his "Yesterday's Dreams" A DEEP version of Uncle Remus here, too. regardless of it's flaws, I think it is a must have for fans of this music.(Really needs a new set of clothes by someone who can/cares) Calling Mr. Flambay? (talented curator of all things George Duke) Thanks to whomever- in advance. BTW-also received a recording of George Duke Band Agora Ballroom 77' in a recent trade. Has this been up here before? Better overall quality than this show! | |||||
