Notes to clarify any confusion based on previous information listed here:
1. The version of Where Were You, Baby? on this recording is not the same as the recording on the 1976 “Solo” album. The “Solo” album comes from recordings made in the UK.
2. “David, David” is not the James Taylor song “Little David” although they are both based on the same traditional hymn. McLean’s song is a combination of several songs. Considering he never officially recorded it to give it an official title, I think using David, David (which is how it was titled when initially circulated) is best so as to not suggest it is something it is not.
3. Everyday is a Buddy Holly cover. This Land Is Your Land is a Woody Guthrie cover. Sally Ann/Muleskinner Blues are traditional banjo songs. Babylon is Don McLean’s arrangement of Psalm 137.
