| Notes: | Additional show notes (from the taper, Jim F.) Howdy y-all. Man over 10 years ago since I taped this! Woof. I Had only been taping to DAT for about 6 months at this point. Spending $600 at 27 years old,10 years ago was a lot to me,friends thought it was excessive too.Best $600 I ever spent! We were supposed to only tape AUD for this show. A opening bands SBD guy hooked us up to the board to tape his band only. There were technical problems and we could not tape his band from the board. He left the cables plugged in,the problem was fixed and we taped the following bands. We left microphones on a stand next to the SBD as a decoy(like we were AUD taping only) so the other bands soundguys did not know we had a SBD patch. It was a very windy day so the AUD tape might have had wind rumbles anyways. The sound crew still had a hard time keeping the show running properly. The sound crunch Commish mostly fixed was probably a cable swap on stage during the show that caused the sound crunch,it could be heard at the show by all. | |||||
