Notes: MS-TFB-2 In-Ear Binaural Mics -> SP-SPSB-11 Slimline Battery Module (16 Hz, no bass roll-off) -> line-in jack of Sony PCM-M10 (24/44.1) -> Sound Forge 7 (for trimming) -> FLAC8 -> BigDee -> Sound Forge & HarBal -> 16/44.1 -> FLAC -> wav files & retracking by me in Sound Forge 7 -> FLAC8 Recorded from the elevated ("Dress Circle") section (about half way back) in the back on the right hand side (approx midway between dead center and the right aisle). Even though the gig had been sold out for months, the folks on my left hand side were no shows, so it was nice and quite on that side. And the folks on my right hand side were extremely respectful, so from an audience noise perspective I had a great seat. I found Jackson's vocals to be a bit muddy during the gig, but BigDee worked his usual miracles during mastering. There was a drummer/percussionist for about 1/2 dozen songs. I didn't catch his name. This was the day after Bonnie Raitt's 62nd Birthday, and she was in the audience (which frequently occurs during Jackson's San Francisco area gigs). Bonnie came out of the audience to do harmony vocals on 2 songs during the 2nd set. She also played slide guitar on the second song.
