| Notes: | A true labour of love. A lot of credit goes out to Matthew North who recorded most of Knebworth '90 on the day of the live broadcast (He didn't record Tears For Fears or Genesis though). I annoyed to get the Grundig reel to reel tapes down from him mothers attic and convert to digital. I had recorded the 'highlights' broadcast on Tommy Vance's radio show on 25/26 December 1990. Phil Collins set comes from a Dutch rebroadcast and Tears For Fears come from the Westward One broadcast in the USA. All interviews from the BBC broadcast are included (except Jonathan King because of the monster we later found he was) andsome Westward One interviews made on the day. After I tried to find as much of the concert as posible I eventually was able to put this together in 2015 on the 25th anniversary. I'm now posting it for all you lucky people to enjoy. It was an absolutely magical day. All that's missing is the intro tape played over the PA "Woman Of Ireland" after Dave Dee's Introduction of Tears For Fears, for them coming onto the stage, and Rob Lowe's full introduction of Phil Collins. If anyone has these please send me a message. | |||||
