Linda Ronstadt with Country Gazette

Tracks 1-5 Linda Ronstadt on lead vocals
Tracks 6-9 Linda duets with Country Gazette

Country Gazette likely lineup:
Byron Berline - fiddle
Roger Bush - bass
Alan Munde - banjo, guitar
plus guests
Skip Conover (dobro)
Bob Kimmel (Stone Poneys), background vocals on Tracks 8 and 9.

There is confusion over the date of this recording.
Some copies note 1972 but that is incorrect as Linda mentions playing with Neil Young and she toured with Neil in 1973.

Notes: First 2 tracks are from "Linda Ronstadt with the Country Gazette - 'tis a gift..." silver disc bootleg. I have four other versions of this show. This version is the best by far. This could be from June 2, 1973 instead.

Notes: This show is from 6-2-73. Listen to the banter between the songs. At one point she talks about recently opening for Neil Young. That tour (the "Time Fades Away" tour) was in early 1973 and ended in April 1973. So June 2, 1973 has to be the date because she did not open for Neil in 1974

Notes: Should be 08-17-1974 per below: My original post only noted 1974 as that was written on my tape box. I didn't doubt that date-but old information can sometimes be incorrect. When I originally posted this at the dime "grner1" noted in a comment: "FYI: my old copy of this show had it dated 1974-08-17 when I traded for it on a cassette tape many years ago". I used that date but a typo screwed up the text page (was having a serious issue with cataracts for a couple years and was making a lot of typos because I could barely see the computer screen anymore). Doesn't clear up much except to note August 8th was a typo.
