Then he told of a performance by Tony in 1983 (at Hunt's with Kilminjaro and Big Joe's Unknown Blues Band, when Trey first visited UVM), and said Tony's grooving was a major reason he chose to attend UVM. (Trey also said that the next song was inspired by Captain Kevin with the 60-foot boat.) ^^^^ - Trey and Tony acoustic $$$ - Followed by Tony introducing the band, and then Trey as the guy who was crushed that they lost out to Metallica at the Grammy's tonight; Tony also said that Boston is the richest musical city in the world, and that the audience should support local clubs. Trey had three acoustic guitars, and one electric (tannish, possibly the new one).

Notes: 2 SHN/3 audio During acoustic songs and ~banter~ the levels are very low. This tends to bother me because the crowd is very loud and I have to keep turning the volume up and down. 2-21-2001 The Orpheum Theater, Boston, MA Source: Neumann Km140s > Luantec V2 > Sonic AD2K+>DAP1 Disc 1: 1.
