| Notes: | Recorded from the 2nd rail in front of the soundboard so very little crowd noise. What more can be said about the Stone Roses at Coachella...WK2 got Sugar Spun Sister but we got Sally Cinnamon and the Beatles riffs. As for the crowd clearing out, I didn't see it but I was focused on the recording. Ian sang off tune but that was 100% expected. As for John Squire, I almost wondered if this reunion wasn't just a formality to showcase his guitar-playing skills. Seriously, he solo'ed at every possible opportunity and if the man wasn't a legend it would almost be unforgivable. Not quite sure what Mani was up to changing basses for almost every song since they all looked like the same model just with different paint jobs. Overall, not earth shattering (as the new SR documentary would suggest) at least at Coachella but still incredible to watch and hear. | |||||
