| Notes: | set 1 & 2 : Grand opening of Billy Corgan's "Madame Zuzu's Tea House". Billy played an acoustic set at 1pm and another one at 4pm. He said he would return at 7pm, but we did not remain at the venue for the performance. There were no microphones or amps setup. This was accidentally recorded at 16-bit, therefore I only applied a 6dB amplification prior to splitting the tracks. Otherwise this is a raw transfer with no fades or EQ. Archive: Master WAV was editted and archived @ 16-bit/44.1kHz and FLAC'd with cue sheet. Taped and transferred by tapeworm(48) Txt file compiled on 9/13/2012 Set 3 : Here's a rough, but extremely listenable mono recording of the 3rd and final set from the Zuzu's opening. I wasn't expecting to catch Billy as I had heard he had started playing at 1pm, just hoping to check out my new neighborhood tea shop. Walking in there was a buzz, and I spyed two acoustic guitars set up, so I planted there an waited... and shure enough he shows back up and doesn't disappoint. It was a nice, fun, intimate set complete with a sing along and "stump Billy". | |||||
