Notes: Remastered version. Dizzy Gillespie & Charlie Parker 09/20/47 Station WOR New York City, NY Source is Unknown I thought longand hard, and discussed with many people the sacred nature of a 1947 recording and what was "ethical" to do to it as a remaster. The purist's answer is: Nothing. However, This source just did not pass tests levels wise, but my oh my, what a source. And thus i did what my ears and analysises told me (and what i discussed with some knowledgable people), and that was to make a version that is in the range of acceptable levels. I chose after a long ponder to apply x-crackle, as the levels increase made the crackle almost another member of the band. There fore, 2 sources are seeded in this torrent: ++one exactly as I acquired it for you purists. Lowlevels make as is unlistenable for most stereos++. ++the second is a remaster in wavlab.
