Notes: From FZShows: 15-Sep 1972, Deutschlandhalle, Berlin, West Germany 131 min, Aud, A- New Brown Clouds, Big Swifty, Approximate, For Calvin And His Next Two Hitchhikers, The Grand Wazoo, The Adventures Of Greggery Peccary, Dog Meat, improvisations, Blues For A Minute, Penis Dimension, Regyptian Strut, Chunga's Revenge Lineage: Master reel->CDR->EAC->SoundForge (speed correction, level adjustments, editing, re-tracking, patching in fill)->FLAC Frontend Lineage fill: AUD > ? > cass/MC? > A/D ? > wav ? > CDR > CDR > EAC (secure mode) > wav > flac frontend (lvl 7, SBE aligned) Yet another very low-gen recording of mine that's up until now only been circulated in remastered shape. Here comes the raw version of this fantastic tape - not only is the sound amazing for 1972 (especially if you boost the low-end), but it only has one audible cut, at about 87 min into the show. The missing bit has been filled with a patch, kindly provided by NWIU2B, originating from a walk seed. The fill was NR'ed. Aside from the somewhat weak low-end, this recording has one problem: possibly the most "fluctuative" levels I've ever encountered on a tape - not only in the overall volume, but also between the channels. I've adjusted some of the most extreme fluctuations, but there's still a lot of it left. I don't think it too disturbing, but if anyone feels like working more on this issue - be my guest. 01 band intros 02 New Brown Clouds 03 Big Swifty 04 Approximate 05 For Calvin And His Next Two Hitchhikers 06 The Grand Wazoo 07 Greggery Peccary preamble 08 The Adventures Of Greggery Peccary 09 Dog Breath 10 Uncle Meat (patch begins at ~2:58) 11 improvisations (back to original at ~2:01) 12 Blues For A Minute 13 Penis Dimension 14 Regyptian Strut 15 Chunga's Revenge
