Notes: There is significant confusion regarding the origin of this recording. When I first received it, the info file stated it was from the Reunion Arena in Dallas, TX, on October 3, 1981. However, there is already a well-known recording from that date broadcast by the King Biscuit Flower Hour, which is an entirely different performance. At the time, I had no further information to go on, and since the setlist aligned perfectly with their show at the Cotton Bowl in Dallas on August 7, 1982 (per setlist.fm), I originally created this etree entry for that date. However, the story doesn't end there. I later acquired a recording labeled October 3, 1982, which matches this performance. Although that version has slightly inferior sound quality, it is longer and includes the radio introduction: "Super Groups In Concert presents Foreigner." I am quite certain the band did not perform in Dallas on October 3, 1982. This led me to the discogs entry for the "Super Groups" broadcast, which lists the show as: "Recorded in Dallas Texas, 1981-10-03. Airdate: April 24, 1982." Since we can already disregard the October 1981 date, the April 24, 1982 airdate seemed like a lead—especially since Lou Gramm clearly says "Danke schön" at the end of "Dirty White Boy," suggesting a German audience. However, I have since compared this broadcast to an audience recording of the Frankfurt show from April 24, 1982, and they do not match. After all this research, the exact date and venue remains a mystery. I believe it is best to leave this entry as is for lineage purposes, but with this added context.
