There were two different performances from Stephen Talkhouse in 1993: April 16 and October 28, each confirmed by newspaper ads. Unfortunately, these performances have been seeded with incorrect or incomplete dates.

The first was seeded on bt.etree on Jan. 3, 2007 torrent #503057 and is archived as SHNID 156867 dated April 16, 1993. The problem is, at the beginning of Dawg Days, David says "and our latest release 'Not For Kids Only', you may have heard about, featuring myself & Jerry Garcia." That album was not released until 6 months later in the fall on October 20, 1993.

The second is from a video, which has the following banter, which is NOT present on the first recording listed above:
21:15 - David says "its really good to be back in Miami Beach FL"
21:22 - "featuring pieces from out latest album called Dawgwood" (Released February 16, 1993)

On this recording, Grisman confirms the date as April 16 1993 when he talks about Red Allen, stating "Sadly red allen passed away two weeks ago tomorrow nite"
That = 13 days....Red died 4/3/93...3+13=16...proving THIS show occurred 4/16/93. The video also has date marks of April 16.

The video recording also contains, at 5:44 - "we were in St Louis this morning at 6 am, somebody told it's snowing & 32 degrees, it's why I'm wearing this jacket" and at 42:58 - "we'll be in St Petersburg tomorrow night at the State Theatre, we'll be in Gainsville Sunday night." This also corresponds to an April performance.

But, that April performance does not correspond to this recording.
