Notes: This was the toward the end of the #Yes50 tour. The original plan was for this show to be held at The Capitol Theater's sister venue, Ruth Eckerd Hall, but ongoing renovations to Ruth Eckerd Hall moved the show to The Capitol Theatre. The band played a fantastic setlist, but had some technical difficulties. Steve Howe gestured to the engineering staff during the first set that he was having problems with his earpiece. He broke a guitar string during Perpetual Change. The band started going off the rails at the beginning of Yours Is No Disgrace before getting back on track. Jon Davison, at one point during Starship Trooper, sounded like he was suppressing a cough. Everything recorded by GeoffreyM on a TASCAM DR-05 to SD card using 24-bit WAV at 96kHz. I was just a few rows from the stage, just to the left of Steve Howe. At the beginning of the show, security was rather tight, stopping a large number of people from recording video using their cellphones. You can hear that the sound was rather muffled near the beginning of Close To The Edge when I moved my setup so that I wouldn't attract the attention of security. All mastering of the raw WAV files was done by Remy with Adobe Audition CC2015. Remy EQ'd the raw WAV files to clean up the sound of my original recording. He increased the volume of the second set by +2dB. Remy saved it as a FLAC file and cut it into separate tracks. All photographs are from the July 26, 2018 show at The Capitol Theatre in Clearwater, Florida. GeoffreyM - August 29, 2018
