Comment
Rather a mixed bag of clips here, leaning very much toward the MOR/easy listening categories, which isn't suprising as it was mostly those types of singers who covered Beatle songs. The Joe Cocker rendition of "With A Little Help" has always been great, - Jimmy Page guesting
on guitar together with B.J.Wilson on drums and Steve Winwood organ - but for me the best clip here is the superb Jeff Beck "She's A Woman", which should have made the "Guitar Heroes At The BBC" compilations. Anyway, make of this what you will,-the Sue Pollard brings to mind the words "scrape" and "barrell" and where is the Peter Sellers rendition of "Hard Days Night"?
