| Notes: | The Cowboy Junkies were formed in 1985 in Toronto and are known for their quiet, moody, melancholy sound, and for Margo Timmins' soft, sometimes whispering, vocals. All except one of the members are siblings. As an interesting sidebar, in 1994 the remains of the Cowboy Junkies' oldest-known ancestor was discovered in east Africa. This tree-dwelling ancestor lived 4.4 million years ago, was approximately 4 feet tall, with teeth midway between those of earlier apes and Australopithecus afarensis. The things you learn at etree! This show is a WXRT FM broadcast. One large SHN file, not tracked. Thanks Vinny | |||||
