| Notes: | Weezer 9-1-00 @ Runwayz Buffalo, NY OK, folks!! Here is one hell of a rare one. In fact, it's the ONLY copy you will find! This is the VERY FIRST TIME that this show has been made publicly available. "Why is that??" you may ask! Because it was taped by yours truly. That's right, I was there in the flesh with special taping privileges from the band. An old friend of mine is friends with Weezer's road manager Karl Koch and I was allowed to bring some basic gear into the tiny outdoor venue. The set features a lot of goodies from the Blue Album and Pinkerton, plus the band played 4 new songs that night, all of which were never recorded...one was even a debut!! In fact, Karl asked for a copy of the show to give to the band so that Rivers Cuomo could hear the new songs, particularly the debut of "Peace & Quiet." I gladly sent off a copy to the band, so they are the only other entity to hold a copy of this amazing, RARE show...until now. This is one of the cleanest, meanest "audience" tapings you will ever hear! In fact, it could almost pass for soundboard. I will easily give it an A/A+ in sound quality. So please don't dumb it down to mp3 status. Just burn a copy for yourself, maybe a few for your friends, take a long drive, pop it into the stereo and ENJOY! =========================================== SHARP MD-MT15 24-bit ATRAC w/ AKAI cond mics > Wavelab > db audio mastering > WAV > FLAC =========================================== SET LIST: 1.
